Individual Neurodiverse Coaching for Teens and Adults
I provide a safe and engaging space where neurodiverse individuals can work on practical solutions to help with everyday tasks.
As someone who is neurodiverse myself, I know what it’s like to feel like you’re constantly adjusting, constantly managing expectations, constantly figuring out how to fit into environments that don’t always make sense. I also know what it feels like to break through those struggles and own your strengths.
I help with the following:
Executive functioning - Manage workload, focus, and prioritization
Day to day task tracking and orientation
Social challenges
Work challenges - Navigate workplace dynamics & advocate for your needs
School struggles
Newly diagnosed individuals - Identify how your brain works best & use it to your advantage.
Leadership challenges
